Seller Disclaimer

We do our best to provide products in perfect condition. However, we cannot guarantee that Pop Mart's quality control is flawless, nor can we ensure that the shipping process will be completely free from minor scuffs or damage. Therefore, we do not guarantee perfect packaging and are not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., small dents, scratches, or blemishes on the box).

Please note that slight packaging wear or dissatisfaction with a product’s appearance/design does not qualify for a refund or return.

 

Eligibility for Refund

Wrong or Missing Item: A refund or replacement is only possible if we have shipped the wrong item or omitted part of your order.

Proof of Discrepancy: In such cases, we require clear proof that the shipment was incorrect. The best way to provide this evidence is with a continuous, unedited video (one-take) showing the sealed package and its contents as you open it. This ensures we can see exactly what was received.

 

Non-Returnable Situations

Minor Cosmetic Flaws: Small dents, slight scratches, or other minor imperfections in packaging or product appearance.

Personal Preference: Subjective dissatisfaction with the product’s look or design does not qualify for a return or refund.

Damages Caused by Shipping: If external shipping damage occurs, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We pack items securely but are not liable for mishandling by third-party carriers.

“Delivered” but Not Received: If tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact the carrier for further investigation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim or locating the missing package.

 

How to Request a Refund

Contact Us: Email us at support@luminify.life with your order number, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

Provide Evidence: State your order number and the issue (wrong item or missing item). Attach or link to the continuous, unedited video opening the package.

Approval & Processing:Once we verify the evidence and confirm an error on our part, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Timeframe: Please notify us of any shipment errors within 10 days of receiving your order. We cannot process requests outside of this timeframe.

Shipping Costs: If we confirm that we shipped the wrong or incomplete order, we will cover any return shipping costs (if necessary) or provide a prepaid shipping label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all other scenarios.

 

International Orders & Customs

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees assessed by your local authorities are your responsibility.

We are not liable for delays or damage caused by customs inspections or mishandling by the shipping carrier.
