Why We Offer Pre-Orders
We are committed to bringing you all the designer toys you love. That’s why we offer pre-orders for upcoming Pop Mart releases, as well as rare and limited-edition collectibles from Pop Mart, How2Work, MollyFactory, and more.
Please note that all rare and limited-edition collectibles are limited to one per product. By offering pre-orders, we can reserve a spot for you, ensuring that you get priority access to these exclusive items.
Rest assured, all products are 100% authentic, and we can provide receipts upon request.
Order Fulfillment Timeline
Pre-Order for Upcoming Pop Mart Releases: We strive to provide accurate release or shipping estimates; however, these dates are subject to change if Pop Mart adjusts their shipping schedule. Once we receive the product from Pop Mart, we will process and ship your order within 2 business days. If we are unable to secure your item due to high demand or inventory limitations, you will receive a full refund.
Rare & Limited-Edition Collectibles (Previously Released Products): Most of these products are being shipped from our China warehouse to our U.S. warehouse in California. Please allow approximately 14 business days for international shipping and customs clearance. Once we receive your item, we will ship it within 2 business days.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This secures your place in our queue for that product.
Cancellations & Refunds
If we fail to secure your item: You will automatically receive a full refund.
If your item is secured: Pre-orders are generally non-refundable and cannot be canceled because we place and pay for these orders specifically for you.
In rare cases of significant manufacturer or shipping delays, please contact us to discuss potential options.
Multiple Items in One Order
If you order both in-stock and pre-order items together, the default option is to ship them together once the pre-order item arrives.
However, you may specify in the order notes if you prefer to ship them separately, with the in-stock items sent first. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Communication & Updates
We will keep you informed about any significant delays or changes in availability.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your pre-order is on its way.
