Pre-Order Policy

Order Fulfillment Timeline

All our Custom Labubu are made-to-order, and each one is a unique handcrafted creation. Every Labubu requires approximately 10 hours of meticulous work, which means we can only complete one per day.

Once your order is placed, it will be added to our production queue. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your Labubu to be completed.

After your doll is finished, we will send you photos for confirmation. Once approved, your order will be shipped within 2 business days.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This secures your place in our queue for that product.

Cancellations & Refunds

IBecause this is a custom handmade item, cancellations or refunds are not accepted once the order is placed, unless the product arrives damaged or there is a major issue. We appreciate your understanding and support for original handmade work.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items together, the default option is to ship them together once all items are completed.

However, if you prefer to have them shipped separately, please specify this in the order notes at checkout.
Additional shipping fees may apply for separate shipments.

Communication & Updates

We will keep you informed about any significant delays or changes in availability.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
