Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Once your order is completed, we typically ship orders within 2 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email and updated in your account.

Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress online.

If you have not received a tracking number within the stated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Your Labubu may be shipped from either the U.S. or China, as our studio members are based in both locations or occasionally travel between them. Some fabrics are sourced from China, so certain designs are handmade and shipped directly from there. But rest assured — every piece is handcrafted either by me or one of our trusted team members.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

We do cover any potential customs fees for you, so no worries on that end!

Shipping Risks & Liability

Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, the risk of loss or damage during transit is transferred to the carrier.

In the event of any shipping incidents (such as delays, or lost or damaged packages), please contact the carrier immediately to open a claim.

While we are not directly liable for issues that occur during transit, we do offer after-sales support to provide guidance.

After-Sales Support

We provide guidance if you experience shipping issues, including sending you your tracking details and basic instructions on how to contact your carrier.

Please contact the carrier directly to report any lost, delayed, or damaged packages once the package is in transit.

While we’re happy to help with information, we do not handle in-depth carrier investigations or claims.

General Disclaimer

We strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. However, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, carrier mishandling) may occasionally affect delivery times.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that once your package is in transit, our liability is limited to assisting with the resolution of any shipping-related issues, as described above.
