❗Difference between Bear Option 1 and Bear Option 2:
Both Hironos are 100% authentic. The only difference lies in the bear figures:
-Bear Option 1: The bear on Hirono is modified from the official Hirono Shanghai Fluffy Bear, which was exclusively released by Pop Mart in Shanghai. The bear has a full internal skeleton, so its arms and legs are fully poseable.
-Bear Option 2: The bear on Hirono is handmade by me and my teammate. It is sewn from scratch and does not have movable limbs.
⏱️ Order Processing time:
-Bear Option 1: Please allow 2 weeks for handmade production
-Bear Option 2: Please allow 5 weeks for handmade production
✈️Shipping:
-Your Labubu may be shipped from either the U.S. or China, as our studio members are based in both locations or occasionally travel between them. Some fabrics are sourced from China, so certain designs are handmade and shipped directly from there. But rest assured — every piece is handcrafted either by me or one of our trusted team members.
-We do cover any potential customs fees for you, so no worries on that end! Shipping time is approximately 5–15 business days.
